Refund policy

At Ironline Tools, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the tool must be unused, complete, and in the original packaging. You will need to provide your receipt or order number. Opened cyanoacrylate (super glue) cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hhha9669@outlook.com. We do not accept returns that are sent to us without prior authorization. Once your return request is approved, we will provide specific shipping instructions and the return address for your package.

Return Shipping Fee

If the product arrives damaged, is different, or not working, Ironline Tools will offer the return and exchange shipping fee. If the customer needs to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, the customer needs to offer the return shipping fee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
